Melissa de Zwart, is Professor, Space Law and Governance, Andy Thomas Centre for Space Resources, Adelaide University and Deputy Director, ARC Centre of Excellence in Plants for Space. She is a Fellow, Australian Academy of Law and a member of the International Institute of Space Law. Professor de Zwart has published widely on miltary and civilian uses of outer space and is an expert in sustainable and responsible uses of outer space.
