Nivedita Raju is the senior researcher for space policy in the Weapons of Mass Destruction Programme at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). Her research examines trends in space security, space law and governance, and transparency and confidence-building measures. She is also a project coordinator on behalf of SIPRI in the EU Non-proliferation and Disarmament Consortium (EUNPDC). Her recent work focuses on minimizing escalation risks in space and the space-nuclear nexus.
